At Kenoatv, we are committed to providing a high-performance streaming experience. Because our IPTV subscriptions and digital services are activated instantly upon purchase, we follow a strict Refund Policy to ensure fairness and protection for both our customers and our platform.

By purchasing any service from Kenoatv, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Rules for Digital Goods

All IPTV plans, activation codes, and VOD access sold on Kenoatvare digital products. Once a service is delivered or an account is activated, it is considered consumed. Therefore, products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless specific conditions are met as outlined in Section 2.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund request may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • 2.1 Non-Delivery of Service: If you made a successful payment but did not receive your login details within 24–48 hours, and our support team confirms the order was not processed.

  • 2.2 Unresolved Technical Failure: If the service cannot be activated due to a confirmed server-side technical issue that our team cannot resolve after 48 hours of troubleshooting.

  • 2.3 Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan, the second payment will be fully refunded provided the additional account was not activated.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases (No Refunds Issued)

We do not offer refunds for issues beyond our technical control, including:

  • 3.1 Device & App Issues: Incompatibility with your specific device, smart TV, or third-party apps (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate).

  • 3.2 Internet Performance: Slow speeds, ISP blocking, unstable Wi-Fi, or VPN-related interruptions. IPTV requires a stable connection of at least 25 Mbps.

  • 3.3 Channel List Changes: We do not own the broadcast rights. Channels or VOD content may be added or removed by providers without prior notice.

  • 3.4 Customer Errors: Buying the wrong plan, providing the wrong email/WhatsApp, or simply “changing your mind” after activation.

4. Refund Request Procedure

Our team will investigate your claim and respond within 24–72 hours. Submitting a request does not guarantee an approval.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

  • Crypto/Instant Transfers: Will follow the specific instructions provided by our billing department.

6. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you open a dispute with your bank without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to:

  1. Permanently suspend your access to all Kenoatv services.

  2. Blacklist your IP and email address from future purchases.

  3. Provide full proof of delivery and usage to your bank/payment processor to contest the claim.
